Executive Summary

A fast-growing, woman-led Influencer Marketing Agency in New York City, is preparing for an exciting year of growth in 2025 and seeks a comprehensive and dynamic Profit & Loss (P&L) statement. This project involves creating a financial model that can adapt to various scenarios, such as onboarding new talent to the roster. The P&L will provide actionable insights, including identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.

Scope of Work‍‍

Deliverables for this projects will be: 

• A detailed P&L for 2025, accounting for all anticipated costs and revenue streams.
• Scenario analysis tools to model the financial impact of different business decisions.
• Data visualizations, such as charts and graphs, to highlight growth opportunities and financial trends.
• A user-friendly financial model that can be maintained and updated monthly by The Rise Group team.

Who Should Apply
