Scope of Work

We are inviting MBA, Executive MBA, or Advanced Degree holders to prepare a Partnership Development Strategy. This project will play a critical role in helping us identify, approach, and build relationships with key industry partners that can support our product’s growth and market reach.

Key elements of the project will include:

  • ‍Partnership Evaluation: Assess the value of different partnership types—distribution, technology integration, joint ventures, or reseller agreements—and identify the most suitable for our company’s needs.‍
  • Strategic Outreach: Develop a targeted outreach strategy, including identifying key decision-makers, crafting messaging that aligns with partner goals, and determining the best entry points.
  • ‍Value Proposition Development: Tailor the value proposition of our product for potential partners, highlighting how collaboration can drive mutual benefits such as expanded market reach, shared technology, and increased brand credibility.
  • ‍Partnership Model: Recommend partnership models (e.g., revenue sharing, co-marketing, product integration) and outline steps for formalizing agreements.
